It is widely known that the digital divide still persists in the field of education, but for the following two reasons, I personally think that the issue should not be given top priority.
教育分野において、まだまだデジタル格差が根強く残っていることは広く知られていますが、以下の2つの理由により、個人的にはその問題を最優先にすべきではないと思います。
The first reason is that IT utilization could be effective for academic performance for some students, but considering the extraordinary cost, it is not so effective overall. It is true that the quality of lessons varies from teacher to teacher, but I don’t think that epoch-making education will be born from the uniformized education according to the program.
1つ目の理由は、IT活用が学業成績に有効な生徒もいるかもしれませんが、莫大な費用を考慮すると、全体的にはそれほど効果はないと思います。 授業の質が先生によって差があるのは事実ですが、やはり均一化されたプログラム通りの教育からは画期的な教育は生まれないと思います。
? 1つ目の理由は「有効性： Effectiveness 」です。賛成意見とは異なり、「均一化された： the uniformized education according to the program 」としています。

The second reason is that the risk of hacking and leakage of personal information will increase. In schools where perfect management is difficult, there is a high possibility that human error will cause immeasurable damage.
