練習問題

英検2級の要約問題は、3段落・150語程度の英文が出ます。段落の役割は毎回同じで、①テーマの紹介 → ②良い点2つ → ③問題点2つ。まず読んでみてください。

In recent years, more companies have started to let their employees work from home. Workers use computers and video meetings to do their jobs without going to the office. This way of working has become common in many countries. Some firms now allow it two or three days a week.

What are the benefits of this? First, workers can save the time they used to spend on crowded trains and buses. They can use those hours for their families or for rest. Also, companies do not need such large offices, so they can reduce the cost of rent and electricity. Workers with small children say this change has made their daily life much easier.

However, there are some problems. Some workers feel lonely because they cannot talk with their colleagues face to face. In addition, managers find it harder to see how each member is doing, and teams sometimes fail to share important information quickly.
